The “Habtho d’Heto” Scarf: A Collaboration with Assyrian Heritage Tees
We would like to thank Christine Faulkner of Assyrian Heritage Tees for her most recent collaboration with us, the “Habtho d’Heto” scarf. “Habtho d’Heto” means “A Grain of Wheat” and is the name of one of Malfono’s most popular poems in the Western Assyrian dialect. The scarf features the first verse of the poem in both dialects and beautiful imagery hand-painted by renowned artist Ninos Chammo.
Assyrian Heritage launched its first collection in 2007 and has been the go-to brand for cool, creative tees and accessories ever since. The line seamlessly merges graphics that incorporate our ancient culture with today’s fashion trends.
You can shop and learn more about Assyrian Heritage Tees here. Partial proceeds from the sale of the “Habtho d’Heto” scarf will go to ninosaho.com for future nationalistic endeavors.
